What drugs are covered?

The SaveonMeds Drug card is good for most prescription medications and can also be used for over-the-counter medicines, pet medications and medical supplies if written on a prescription blank and filled at a participating pharmacy.

How Much Will I Save?

With the SaveonMeds Drug card you can save up to 75% on your prescriptions. The exact price you’ll pay depends on which pharmacy you go to, where the pharmacy is located, and what prescriptions you are taking. How do free prescription discount cards work?

SaveonMeds Drug Card works with the pharmacy benefit administrator to negotiate discounts on behalf of our members. Just go to the drug pricing tool to compare prices for the prescription you need at all local participating pharmacies in your area.

How do I get an SaveonMeds Drug Card?

Getting an SaveonMeds Drug Card is simple and easy. We do not require any personal information and the card is activated and ready to use.

How do I use my SaveonMeds Drug Discount Card?

Present your SaveonMeds Drug Discount card with your prescriptions to the pharmacy. The card is already activated and ready to use and contains all the information the pharmacist needs to process the claim. Obtaining savings is simple with no age limits, income requirements, membership fees, or waiting periods.

What if I have insurance?

The SaveonMeds Drug card cannot be used in combination with any private insurance or 3rd party insurance such as Medicare and/or Medicaid.
Use the card in place of insurance if:

  • The drug isn’t covered by your insurance or is excluded from coverage
  • Your insurance plan has no drug coverage
  • You have a high drug deductible plan
  • The card offers a better price than your copay
  • You are in the Medicare Part D donut hole

Can I use this card in combination with my insurance?

This card is not valid in combination with other insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid or any state or federal prescription insurance. The card can be used if you decide not to use your government-sponsored drug plan for your purchase.
